Network connectivity has been restored at both sites via the backup circuit. Our engineering teams are continuing to work with the service provider to restore the primary circuit. Internet speeds at both sites may continue to be impacted.

Multiple dealerships in the Concord area are experiencing slow Internet speeds that are impacting web browsing, call quality, and applications that require Internet access such as ERA-Ignite. Our IT teams are addressing the issue and will provide updates as they are available.
