Network connectivity has been restored at both sites via the backup circuit. Our engineering teams are continuing to work with the service provider to restore the primary circuit. Internet speeds at both sites may continue to be impacted.

At this time, both the primary and backup circuits are down and both sites are without network connectivity. Our engineering teams are actively working to restore connectivity and we will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

The issue has been identified and we are working with the service provider to restore connectivity to the primary Internet circuit. Internet speeds at both sites continues to be impacted.

Multiple dealerships in the Concord area are experiencing slow Internet speeds that are impacting web browsing, call quality, and applications that require Internet access such as ERA-Ignite. Our IT teams are addressing the issue and will provide updates as they are available.
